JACK COUNTY, Texas — Two visitors were arrested at the Lindsey State Jail after authorities alleged they attempted to bring a prohibited substance or item into the correctional facility.
David Parker, 67, and Sara Elizabeth Parker, 66, both of Burleson, were arrested August 15, 2026, while visiting a person incarcerated at the unit, according to local reporting. Each was charged with bringing a prohibited substance or item into a correctional facility.
One witness reportedly described the allegations as drug-related, but officials had not publicly identified any substance or released additional details. The charges are allegations. Both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
